Additional Information

Planning Your a Hawaii Golf Cruise.

  • Along with your traveling partners, determine the 10 days you want to get away from home--and go to Hawaii.
  • Hawaii weather is similar all year.  It's the weather where you live you are escaping!
  • Try to use your airline miles—You probably can’t, but try. Hawaii flights are the most in demand for mileage rewards.
  • We must eliminate that variable of "maybe I can use my airline miles" from your decision making process before proceeding.
  • Try to stay two nights after the cruise to see Honolulu and Oahu. By doing that, we can arrange discounted air fares and hotel rooms. Your return flight will be cheaper and easier on you.
  • Plan to arrive in Honolulu the day of your cruise--Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
  • When flying to Hawaii, you are gaining hours by flying through several time zones.  The ships depart from downtown Honolulu, not far from the airport, at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings.
  • Go to our next page--Your Next Steps.

  1. After you have selected your vacation dates--and an alternate date, e-mail John Edwards at info@hawaiigolfcruises.com for additional information.  Include your telephone number and the best time for him to call you to discuss your Hawaii Golf Cruise.
  2. He will personally call you to discuss your options, ships and golf courses.

(Under the “E-Mail Us” page, put in this information)

These are the things we will discuss in our follow-up planning sessions:

  • Which golf courses to play....and when.
  • Which golf courses not to play.
  • How to find the hidden municipal courses on each island.
  • How to get to all the golf courses.
  • How to play at private country clubs.
  • How to play the inexpensive military golf courses.
  • How to get discounted golf green fees on every island.
  • What time of year to visit.
  • When and where to rent cars.
  • Why you can’t keep your golf clubs in your cabin.
  • Where to store your baggage after the cruise.
  • Why you should take the overnight flight home.
  • How to attend a PGA Tour event during your visit.
  • How to attend the NFL Pro Bowl after your cruise.
  • How to get free tours of Pearl Harbor.
  • Why you should visit the USS Missouri battleship.
  • Discounts on sightseeing in Honolulu and Oahu.

Like all professionals, we charge for our time.  We will provide answers to these questions and begin planning your cruise after you select us as your cruise agent.

Our Planning Fee is $100 which can be charged to your credit card.  But, when you book your cruise through Classic Golf Tours and our full-service agency Spirit of Travel, Inc, that $100 planning fee is deducted from the final cost of your Hawaii Golf Cruise vacation.

We do not mark up and do not receive commissions on golf or shore excursions.

Avid golfers dream of playing the great resort courses of Hawaii.  Now is the time and this is the best way.

If not now, when?
